The Pack Argentino Brasa brings together three of the finest cuts of Argentine export beef, ready to shine on your grill: ojo de bife (ribeye), bife de chorizo (sirloin strip) and picaña (rump cap). Three kings of the Argentine asado in a single bundle.
What's included:
- Ojo de bife — marbled, tender and juicy, the premium Argentine cut par excellence.
- Bife de chorizo — with that fat edge that gives it an unmistakable flavour.
- Picaña — the queen of the asado, with its fat cap that melts and perfumes the meat.
How to cook them: sear everything over high heat to build a crust and finish over medium heat, rare or medium; the picaña always fat side first. Let it rest before slicing.
Choose your size:
- Medium — pieces of ~0.5 kg and the picaña cut into steaks.
- Large — ojo de bife and bife de chorizo of 1 kg each and a whole 1.8 kg picaña.
- Whole — whole pieces of ojo de bife (3 kg), bife de chorizo (5 kg) and 2 picañas (1.8 kg each).
